Face masks MUST still be worn in the practice after 19 July 2021. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, the clinician will decide how to provide care. This may be by remote consultation.
To limit the pread of Covid-19, all appointments will initially be conducted by telephone and patients should only come to the practice if this has been agreed by a clinician and we are expecting you.
For your own safety, we shall send your repeat medication electronically to your chosen pharmacy
