Patients Complaints
We are constantly making efforts to improve the services to our patients. Any suggestions are always welcome. If you have any concerns or complaints, please discuss with the Practice Manager, who will try to resolve any issues concerning practice staff, Practice Nurse or GP service, or ask the receptionist for a (complaints form), if you would rather put your views in writing. . A leaflet is available from reception explaining the full procedure should you wish to register a complaint. All complaints should be addressed to the practice manager.
If however, you feel that you would like to complain independently, of the surgery you could do so by, contacting the NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 or visit www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk, who will be able to provide guidance and procedures to follow.
